Something that touched my heart: On my way I found a piece of paper tied to an electric pole, with a small note on it. I was curious to know what was written, hence went closer and read it. "I lost Rs. 50 somewhere on the road. If any of you find it, please give it to me at this address. My vision isn't great so please help" I was urged to follow that address and found an old hut in shatters with an older woman sitting outside. She was frail and asked who is it, following my footsteps. I said I came by this way, found Rs. 50 on the road so wanted to handover to you. She began crying on hearing this. She said "my dear I have had atleast 30-40 ppl come over and give me Rs. 50 saying they found it on the road. I dint write that note, I cannot even see properly nor do i know to read n write" I said it's OK amma you keep it. She asked me to tear that note off on my way back. एक गुरुजी के दो शिष्यो में जिज्ञासा हुई कि श्रेष्ठ क्या है और उसे कैसे प्राप्त करें। गुरुजी से उन्होंने प्रश्न किया और गुरुजी ने कहा कि आप ही श्रेष्ठ हो, आपको उसे अपने आपमें खोजना है। दोनो शिष्योंमें जो शांत और समझदार था उसने सोचा कि अगर मैं ही श्रेष्ठ हूं तो फिर मैं क्या हूं? क्या यह शरीर हूं? बस ऐसे ही दूसरे शिष्यने सोचा जो चंचल और अशांत था। अब कुछ दिन बाद खुब चिंतन मनन करने के पश्चात पहले शिष्य को जो शांत और समझदार था उसे ज्ञात हुआ कि वह गलत सोच में था। वह शरीर नही है, शरीर तो इच्छा के अनुसार भी नही चलता, कभी बिमार हो जाता है, कभी थक जाता है और तो और अगर शरीर श्रेष्ठ होता तो मैला भी न होता न ही शरीर से पसीना मलमूत्र आदि बनते। उसने फिर गुरुजी से प्रश्न पुछा कि मैं शरीर तो नहीं हूं तो मैं कौन हूं? गुरुजी समझ गये कि अब ये श्रेष्ठ की ओर बढता जायेगा  यह सोचते हुए कहा कि 'तुम्हे ही खोजना पडेगा कि तुम कौन हो। दूसरा शिष्य तो अपने आप को शरीर मानकर शरीर पुष्ट करने लगा। न अधिक चिंतन सोच विचार स्वाध्याय कुछ भी न करता बस स्वयं के शरीर को श्रेष्ठ मानकर उद्दंड बनता चला। पहला शिष्य इसी अभ्...
