Teacher is saved, student is saved.

Maths Teacher asked the boy to come out of the classroom. Teacher slapped and student tried to save himself and got hurt in his left hand little finger.

The matter was brought to the Principal. As per the school norms punishment is strictly prohibited so Principal asked the written apology from the teacher and issued termination letter.

The termination was not immediate because there was no other alternative teacher available to Mathematics subject. Immediate termination would hamper classes IX and X. After March the teacher was asked not to continue.

The boy is not at all good in studies and disturbing element to all in the class. He had some issues with his Math teacher even last year when he was in class VIII. But teacher promoted him so that his one year could be saved and he would study sincerely in class IX, as Principal also warned him.

That day it was proxy class and Math teacher thought, 'it would be better to give some extra practice to the students as I am free now'. But students were in the mood to play and instead of Maths they were expecting Cricket on the play ground. As this teacher entered in the class, this naughty boy made some sounds and openly denied for Maths. His behavior to the teacher was so rude that teacher felt insulted in the classroom.

Maths is a boring subject as majority students feel. In proxy class it is obvious that students would either love to play or just talk with each other. Entry of Maths teacher is a great disappointed when they want play.

All are descent but this naughty boy insulted in such a way that the spark turned into the blast. He murmured something filthy in such a way that no one could notice but the teacher could understand that unbearable. Teacher took him out slapped and meanwhile he got little injury on his finger.
The news spread among the parents on whatsapp group as his parents are also member in whatsapp group. This group is created by parents and all the members are given group administratorship so that if any legal action is taken then all will be equally responsible. This group generally don't discuss anything good about school but problems and issues are discussed without consulting any school authority. This group has not added the parents who are serving as a teacher or office staff in the same school. Almost anything negative about school could be the topic on whatsapp group. Some of the parents must be thinking to have authoritative over school in such manner.
School won several awards but no discussion in the group, school organised several wonderful activities but they never discussed. If school bus is late by 15 - 20 minutes it can be an issue.

Parents of that naughty boy not only discussed in the group but also reached to the news reporter to make it a talk of the town. Principal knew all about the boy and his all activities but parents exposed a new thing which teacher accepted.

Teacher not only slapped but used such a sentence which was a great insult to the student as well parents. "Your parents have wasted a night, you are useless and good for nothing" such a great insult how could that student tolerate.
How parent can tolerate such nonsense words and how principal can keep such teacher who is using such abuse. Principal aksed him to apologise for such an act as well consoled the parents and promised for the strict action. The teacher was immediately warned as well as termination was declared.

In the evening, trustee rang up to the Principal asking about the matter and informed that one of the local reporter would make a story, next day newspapers would have a big issue. Principal informed everything and assured there will be no news.

Next day Principal started inquiry about the incident happened in the class. Almost all the students were in favour of teacher and not to the naughty's side. Principal informed parents that if any mischief or misbehavior is observed, action can be taken on him also as the whole class is against the boy. For 4 days the boy remained absent due to marriage in their family. Later on one day the parents came and gave request letter not to terminate the teacher. Teacher committed a mistake and accepted so he can be forgiven. Principal accepted the letter and cancelled the termination of the teacher.

Why teachers don't understand what not to do and what not to say?
Why students don't behave properly with teachers?

Are we really missing both - good students and good teachers?

But the teacher is saved as well student is also saved.
